Veteran and Green Party of Tennessee Congressional Candidate Robert "Big Tree" Smith (1st district) will "make good on his oath to protect the U.S. Constitution" by filing charges of treason against George W. Bush with U.S. Marshalls at noon on November 7th, 2006 at the courthouse in Greeneville, Tennessee.
