Shenanigans Between The Party The AP is reporting that there was some partisan shenanigans going on in Nashville during the special session. I think it goes without saying that there will always be partisanship, especially since the Tennessee Waltz and the tenious line with which party is running what, but my gut tells me this isn't too bad.
